Perfect! I’ve been training online with Rohini, and she’s been amazing to work with She has a great eye for form and posture, always making sure exercises are done correctly and effectively. I really appreciate how she explains the purpose behind each movement and adjusts workouts according to my level and goals.

I recommend Rohini if you want to go back to sport, no matter what you did before and no matter your level. I started 1 month ago as an almost beginner. And I'm really happy until now. She is very supportive, clear in her instructions and she correct me when needed to protect my back, to feel the stretch and she help me to push my limits a little each time.
