About Rishiraj
I'm come from a traditional ayurveda, Kalaripayattu practitioners family. I started my yoga career as a rehab to an injury. Finally I realised this is my path. Then I quit my job joined MSc health and Yoga therapy course. In between I have done Ayurveda Panchakarma diploma from Govt ayurveda college Kannur. I have 3 years experience in yoga.

Classes will be one to one . There will be a pre consultation before the class to know requirement and challenges of student and module will be created accordingly. Classes will be simple and fun oriented for the beginners. Any age category join the session. Basic Kalaripayattu class is also available.

He is a postgraduate in health and yoga. Also well mastered in kalari, an ancient martial art of Kerala,started from his childhood onwards. He took classes in eglish as well as in local languages. He own a flexible fit body so that every postures are clear and perfect. He has an audible soothing sound which can make our mind calmcalm and relaxing.
