About Souvik
I started studying sound in 2009 at SAE London. My experience there inspired me to create music that would encompass my favorite genres with a cinematic aspect. Something that I had not heard before and this gave me a lot of inspiration to start my creative journey. Pursuing my dream, I was able to create what I wanted after I graduated from University of Technology Sydney. I majored in sound design and ambisonics (spatial audio in 5.1 and binaural). I have performed my music across the world in India, Nepal, Russia, London and Australia. I also teach music lessons online to students worldwide from Europe, USA, Brazil, Israel and India. My students really appreciate my lessons as I make sure everyone is well versed with all the information and I teach it in a way accessible to all levels of students. I also teach in a way that you can apply the knowledge in all aspects of sound creation. Let it be from creating any genre to doing sound design for video games or movies.

Learn how to weave sounds coherently to create any musical genre.
Lessons include :
Using Ableton Live in detail. VST’s for Audio Editing, post processing (EQ and Compression) & Sound synthesis using VCV Rack, Surge, Serum, Zebra & Access Virus Ti2. Next, layering sounds to create elaborate sound design which can be weaved into any genre. Next, learn how to create and post process Kick and Bass. Learn to arrange and post-process percussion elements. Learn tricks to layer sound design and percussions for an engulfing experience. Next, learn how to use effects such as reverbs, delays, granular effects, comb filters, multi fx units like portal and many more.
Next learn how to coherently mix and pan multiple layers of sound. Further, learn how to have a healthy work flow and brainstorm techniques to have abundant ideas. Learn to never have a producers block. Next, learn how to do stem mastering. Next, learn how to master your tracks with post processing plugins, in detail. Next, learn how to create a live set on Ableton Live to perform your creations. I also teach how to DJ. Learn how to DJ any genre professionally or for passion.
Classes are 1.5 to 2 hours long. (Extendable based on lesson)
Learn music production for all ages in detail to become a musician/ performer or a professional sound designer for movies and video games.
All you need is a decent pair of headphones and a laptop.
