About Subhayan
I have obtained Ph.D in chemistry from NISER Bhubaneswar. I was also a teaching assistant at NISER for undergrad students. The problem with learning chemistry is that the students are unable to correlate things that they have studied, and this seems to be the most important
problem for not understanding chemistry. I always prefer to teach the subjects according to the honors
level concept but in a compact and lucid manner to avoid the problem

As a chemistry student I always had a fascination of teaching chemistry at school
level because that is the only time when basic chemistry is learned. I would like to join as a part-time
faculty member so that I can continue my stint to make the students learn chemistry in the most modern
way so that both concept building and understanding can be done simultaneously. Often it happens that
the students are unable to correlate things that they have studied, and this seems to be the most important
