About Liam-Elio
I've worked within consulting for the last 5 years with an extensive background assisting university students, early careers professionals, and senior professionals seeking a career pivot. Within my years at the University of Nottingham completing both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees I successfully navigated the early career market landing a London-based graduate scheme within a top 100 employer, according to the Times 100 employers list.
During my studies I worked through a contract with a talent acquisition agency that represented at the time, 9+ global graduate employers. I contribute this experience to increasing my passion for guiding professionals through the job application process and equipping me with much of the commercial knowledge that I use within my sessions to this day. My sessions have helped graduates who have gone on to land roles at companies such as Aviva, HSBC, Oliver Wyman, Goldman Sachs, The NHS Management Graduate Scheme, and more.
Within my 1:2:1 sessions with senior professionals, I have assisted individuals at middle management roles within companies such as Big 4, Boutique, and high street name firms to progress up the career ladder through strategic moves.
