About Lea
Graduating with a BMus from Rice University Shepherd School provided the technical foundation for my 12 years of teaching. Working with neurodivergent students requires a specific sensitivity to how different brains process music theory and tone production. Tuning by ear and ear training are essential parts of my practice for students who struggle with standard notation.
My instruction covers posture and hold plus sight reading for those needing extra structure. I help learners navigate shifting positions and double stops through clear explanations.
