I met Juliana in Soho Gyms in London where I used to train. We became really good friends after I decided to hire Juliana as my personal trainer. Juliana is an excellent professional as she delivered all I was requested in terms of my body weight with exercises and a very precise and strict program which she designed for me to achieve my ultimate goals. Her knowledge on nutrition helps any client to achieve the desired body combined with dedication at the mercy of her exercises techniques.

In 42 years I have never had a Personal Trainer that was dedicated to a client like Juliana was with me and other clients when I was working out at my gym in Stockwell, London. She was passionate about her job and she not only inspired me to become a better me then, but she still does. She would make the sections fun and the results can be noticed in a short time if you are really willing to get better and feel amazing.
