I am a software engineer focused on backend systems, applied AI, and data-driven tools, with an academic background in molecular biology, genetics, and bioinformatics. I am currently pursuing an MSc in Bioinformatics and contributing to a TÜBİTAK 1001-funded research project on Alzheimer’s disease subtype prediction using transcriptomic data and deep learning.
