Ale is a great teacher that breaks the instructions into small steps and easily to understand and follow. She has taught me many different cuisines and by observing what she did, you can tell she is very well-experienced and enjoy teaching what she doing. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic cooking lesson with Alessandra. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and I wanted to make something special for a picnic on a boat down the river. Alessandra came to my home, which I loved. She helped me come up with a menu that was food safe and delicous! We made focaccia and vegan eggplant parmigiana. It was a success! So good!!
