-I am a medical student at Imperial College London, and have been studying about lifestyle medicine for two years. I have learnt scientifically demonstrated techniques to support behaviour changes and how to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
-I am well-informed about good nutritional habits and effective exercise. As a former swimmer, I was taught how to maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

Angela was really devoted to helping me achieving my goals in health, which was to increase my water consumption and eating more heathily.
