About Delinda
I am a mother of two adult males, both have degrees and both are hard workers. My oldest is graduating with a master's soon and my youngest just finished his associate's, now working on his bachelor's all while having ADD. I worked as a para to be in their schools and also to champion children with learning disabilities. I am substituting now while pursuing my master's in behavioral health counseling. I am also a member of the Autism task force here in my county. I can help someone who feels overwhelmed.

In working with students one must recognize that not all kids work at the same pace or with the same intent. It's beneficial to find what works best and build from that. In learning it's important to keep a low temperature on anxiety and create a calm style so the student does not feel panicked.
