I like to chat, build rapport, and make sessions enjoyable, but I’m also here to get the work done and ensure every session moves you closer to your goals. Education is a big part of my coaching. I don’t just tell you what to do—I make sure you understand why you’re doing it. Whether it’s a specific movement, a program structure, or a recovery strategy, I want you to feel confident in your training, not just following instructions. Every client is different, and I take the time to adapt sessions to your needs while keeping them challenging and engaging. My goal is simple: to help you train smarter, move better, and feel stronger—both in and out of the gym.

Training Techniques & Methodology
I take a structured, science-based approach, ensuring each session aligns with individual needs, whether it's rehabilitation, chronic illness management (diabetes, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s), NDIS support, strength building, or weight loss. My focus is on functional movement, strength, and mobility to improve overall health, independence, and performance.
Session Structure
The training follows a systematic process:
Introductory session & assessment – Understanding goals, movement patterns, and limitations and a clinical assessment to gather data to ensure results.
Program design – Creating a structured, individualised plan and blueprint
Implementation – Guided training sessions focused on progression, 1 on 1
Reassessment – Tracking progress and adjusting as needed to ensure results
If you’re not assessing, you’re just guessing. Every program is designed to deliver measurable improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
With 15+ years in the industry, I have helped over 1,000 clients achieve their goals. I hold a degree in Exercise Science and ensure my clients are being educated to succeed with or without me.
