About EMERSON

Hello! I’m Emerson M. Calumpang, a licensed professional teacher with a master’s degree in Theology, major in Religious Education, and currently pursuing a master’s degree in Education, major in Special Education. With 15 years of music tutoring experience, I help learners discover their talents, express their creativity, and build confidence. My background as a church musician, retreat and recollection facilitator, and missionary shapes my commitment to formation and service. I bring patience, compassion, and respect for each person’s dignity into my teaching, creating a welcoming space where every learner can grow at their own pace.

About the class

Hello! I am Emerson, a licensed professional teacher, musician, and choir director. I believe that the best music comes from the heart, and every learner deserves to discover their unique sound and story.

I’ve been teaching voice, guitar, and music appreciation for several years in colleges and community programs. As a vocal coach and ensemble mentor, I have trained choirs and soloists for concerts, competitions, and church services. My lessons focus on proper technique, expressive performance, and confidence-building, so you can sing or play with both skill and soul.

My background as a music educator in different colleges and universities allows me to design lessons that are fun, structured, and meaningful. I adapt to your level and goals, whether you’re a beginner learning your first chords, a student preparing for auditions, or an adult rediscovering your love for music.

Learning with me means growing not only as a performer but also as a person. I aim to make every session inspiring, encouraging, and full of creativity. Together, we’ll explore rhythm, melody, and harmony while nurturing the joy that music brings.

Let’s make music that speaks to the heart, one note, one lesson, one story at a time.

I am a Licensed Professional Teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education. I have several years of experience teaching voice, guitar, and music appreciation to students of all ages, and I currently teach in different colleges and universities. As a choir director and vocal coach, I have trained groups and soloists for concerts, liturgical events, and competitions, focusing on tone quality, confidence, and expression. My teaching style is student-centered, holistic, and creative, combining proper technique with artistic expression to make every lesson meaningful and fun. Whether you’re a beginner or an aspiring performer, I’ll guide you patiently through every step of your musical journey. With me, you’ll learn, grow, and create with heart.

Every great musician starts with one step or one lesson. Book your first session now and let’s make your voice or music shine! Together, we’ll build not just skill, but soul learning with purpose, passion, and heart.
