I’m Francisco Ontivero, a trained Oenologist with over 15 years of experience in the wine industry and education. I’ve taught Oenology, Wine Chemistry, and Wine Culture in universities and institutes, and worked across wineries, restaurants, and international vineyards. My teaching style is clear, friendly, and practical, helping students of all levels understand wine with confidence.
