About Konstantin
I know that my age may raise concerns, but I'm pretty sure that after talking to them, they will quickly go away.
For as long as I can remember I've been involved in vigorous exercise. It started at the age of 6/7 when my now adult cousins infected me with sit-ups, push-ups and pull-ups. From that point on, I wanted to show them that I could do it.
I started swimming when I was 8. Since the only goal is to beat the best time, the training was also structured in this way. At the beginning, when you were still in the lower group, you did sports twice a week. Over time it became swimming and dry training 4/5 times a week. The competitions were successfully contested at the weekend. A very great and formative time.
When I was 16, I officially registered in the gym. From the day I signed up, something came into my life that I can hardly fathom today, how positive and value-added that whole time was. I could tell a lot and report on experiences where I cracked up and finished my HIIT long before class at 7:45 a.m. and sat in the class with maximum focus. Days started for me at 5:00 a.m. and by 5:05 a.m. I was already outside at the bus stop stretching. But back to the topic, I still do intensive sports 4/5 times a week and eat a very balanced diet. I give you a very valuable enlightenment from me, the more disciplined you make in sports, the faster and bigger the successes will come. This principle can truly be applied to everything in life. It is of incredible value.
