About Sarah
A Paramedic by trade. I grew up as 1 of 5 in a family where my parents were brave enough to establish their own health food business. Early days saw us assisting mum and dad to boil saucepans of golden syrup on our kitchen stove top, hand mix the oats and grains, and then watch mum bake the endless trays of what would be muesli in our small family oven. All of us have been actively involved in every single stage of processing, manufacturing, business development, marketing, sales and health promotion. This has most recently including spending weekends at Gluten Free/Allergy/Lifestyle/Sports Expos around Australia.
I have been a Paramedic with the NSW Ambulance Service since 2010. During my career I have been lucky enough to participate in several education programs such as Ambulance Education at Rozelle, AAMI’s skilled and advanced driving courses, the Head Injury Retrieval Team (HIRT) research, TOIP, special event days such as running and cycle events, sporting events, NYE, Anzac Day's, Sydney's Easter Show, as well as various festivals, gigs and concerts. I have also been involved in Air Ambulance Ridealongs, Retrievals, and most recently, the cardiac arrest lucas trial with St Vincents and RPA Hospitals.
I am passionate about overall health and wholestic medicine. I believe in patient-centred empowered, collaborative patient care. I am inspired by knowledge sharing and community involvement in health. I really look forward to adding to your life.

I believe my various experience in different roles within health can help to build stronger, more resilient personal confidence and growth. I strongly believe my experience as a health professional, along with my genuine passion for working within the community will be motivating in a unique way. I have also been lucky enough to experience working in health and education across Australia, Canada, America and Samoa. This interdisciplinary approach to health, nutrition, slowing down and focusing your attention toward goals will encourage and empower people to progress toward a more fulfilling and content life.
