I have been active all my life, am an avid runner and Mountain Biker, a father of two very active boys. I love taking care of and moving my body. I am a qualified personal trainer and have been helping people make sustainable lifestyle changes since 2020. I'm a lifelong learner so am constantly researching new and more effective exercises and routines for my students.
