About Anjana
I'm a web developer with over a decade of hands-on experience building real-world applications — from school management systems now used by 50+ schools, to enterprise-grade access control and ERP platforms for corporate clients. My toolkit spans PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, JavaScript, and MySQL, and I've worked on everything from front-end interfaces to full back-end architecture and database design.
Before moving fully into development, I spent time as a lecturer teaching Software Engineering, Database Systems, and C Programming at an engineering college — including guiding students through final-year and special IBM projects. That teaching experience shaped how I explain things: I like breaking down complex, technical ideas into steps that actually make sense, rather than just handing over jargon.
I care about seeing a project through end-to-end — understanding the real problem first, then building something that holds up in production, not just in theory. Whether you're just starting to code or working through a tricky concept, I enjoy helping things click.
A couple of notes:
I kept it in first person since "Good to know" sections usually read like a personal introduction to prospective students.
I highlighted the teaching background (the Lecturer role) prominently since that's the most directly relevant credential for a student-facing platform, even though it's earlier in her career chronologically.
I left out specific client names (Sarda, Chirantani) since those are professional references rather than teaching credentials — happy to add project specifics back in if you think students would find that reassuring.
