About Rashna
Hello! I’m Rashna Sharmin, a passionate Bengali language educator with over a decade of teaching and academic experience. I currently serve as a Lecturer in the Department of Bangla at Tagore University of Creative Arts, Dhaka. With a strong background in language teaching, literature, and communication, I’ve guided students of all levels — from beginners to advanced learners — to speak, read, and appreciate Bengali with confidence and cultural understanding. I hold a Master’s and M.Phil in Bangla from Dhaka University, where I’m also pursuing my Ph.D. My lessons combine academic depth with creative techniques — storytelling, pronunciation practice, and cultural immersion — to make learning Bengali both effective and enjoyable. Beyond teaching, I’ve worked as a voice artist, content creator, and publication consultant, which helps me bring the sound, rhythm, and beauty of Bengali alive in my lessons.
