About Daisy
I am a violin educator with 12 years of teaching experience and a PhD in String Performance Studies. Throughout my career, I have worked with students at different stages of development, helping them improve technical ability and artistic confidence.
My teaching style combines patience, structure, and encouragement. I believe every learner benefits from lessons that support both technical mastery and personal expression. Each lesson is adapted to suit the student's goals and learning pace.
Outside teaching, I enjoy performing chamber music, studying violin repertoire, and mentoring young musicians. These experiences continue to shape my teaching approach and inspire my work. I look forward to helping students grow into confident and expressive violinists.

My violin lessons focus on helping students build strong technical foundations while developing expressive and confident musicianship. We work on bowing control, intonation, rhythm precision, posture, tone quality, sight reading, and performance preparation. Lessons are carefully structured to support consistent improvement and musical growth.
I include scales, technical studies, repertoire exploration, listening activities, and interpretive exercises in every lesson. Students receive personalized instruction that helps them strengthen technique while gaining a deeper understanding of music and performance.
Every lesson encourages discipline, creativity, and confidence. I provide supportive feedback and practical strategies that help learners overcome challenges and continue progressing. My goal is to help students become capable violinists who enjoy expressing themselves through music.
