I am a dedicated education professional with 20 years of experience supporting students as a classroom teacher, instructional leader, and school administrator. My career has spanned middle school, high school, and college-level English and Language Arts, where I have taught courses across all genres and difficulty levels, including PSAT, SAT, and ACT preparation, creative and technical writing, and advanced composition. Over the past two decades, I have served in a wide range of leadership and instructional roles, including Assistant Principal, Senior Team Lead, Virtual Learning Coordinator, Coach, Instructional Leader, and Academic Mentor. Students then engage in guided practice with direct, constructive feedback highlighting both glows (strengths) and growth areas. Each session ends with open dialogue, reflection, and extended practice time, ensuring students gain proficiency while receiving individualized support and real-time feedback.
