Course developer, writer, instructor, assessor, full-mission simulation, and examiner approved by the National Maritime Center and the International Maritime Organization. Experience as ProStaff for Navico, SIMRAD, Lowrance, B&G marine electronics. Member of the USCG National Maritime Center Working Group for license examinations at Regional Exam Centers throughout the USA.
