About Lucas
I'm a Berklee College of Music graduate with a Master's Degree from NJCU and over 15 years of teaching experience. At Berklee, I was honored with the 'John La Porta' Award and had the privilege of studying under acclaimed mentors like Mick Goodrick, Hal Crook, and Garry Dial(Charlie Banacos Courses). I've had the pleasure of sharing my knowledge as Guitar Faculty at India's renowned Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music in 2022. My teaching philosophy revolves around personalized instruction, tailored to the goals and interests of each student. I'm committed to fostering a deep understanding of music through topics such as improvisation, harmony, ear training, technique, composition, and arranging.
