Rumbi is my cousin and apart from growing up together we ran a platform African Conversations with Self (ACwS). We conceptualized the platform during the COVID pandemic to unite Africans and facilitate the articulation of their lived experiences. The platform became a podcast. It was the beginning of Rumbi’s coaching journey. She has subsequently worked on stigma and racism in the workplace.
