About Syed
Hi, I’m Syed, a university student who completed his GCSEs just a few years ago and A Levels more recently. My experience with both qualifications taught me how to prepare effectively for exams, especially in subjects like Computer Science, and how to perform well under pressure. Having progressed from GCSEs through to A Levels and now university, I’ve developed a strong understanding of academic expectations at each stage. I know the challenges students face, and I’ve built strategies that helped me succeed, strategies I now use to support others in their learning. Because I recently sat my GCSEs and A Levels, I’m familiar with the current curriculum and exam formats. Being close in age to my students means I can connect with them easily, understand their learning styles, and explain concepts in a clear and relatable way.

Perfect! Syed is a fantastic tutor. He is friendly, patient, and has a great teaching style that is working so well for my son. I love the fact that he follows the GCSE syllabus step by step and goes over past papers at the end of each topic. My son has gone from ‘it’s so difficult mum’ before tutoring to ‘it’s not bad after all’ now that he is being tutored by Syed. I would definitely recommend Syed to anyone who is looking to engage a Computer Science tutor!
