About Fatima
I am a student at the University of Stirling and I study film, literature and philosophy. I have 2 years teaching experience to A Level students in English literature and English as a foreign language. I have also given private lessons to family and friends in preparation for exams or assignments for English comprehension, creative writing, written expression, analysis, poetry and prose as well as oral practice.

I base my classes on a deeper level of understanding about my students' skills and needs and adapt my lessons accordingly. I encourage freedom of interpretation and boundless communication as an important part of my lessons. I also make sure that my students feel confident to present their ideas and that they gain the willingness to venture into the expressive ways of language and literary practices that run through the veins of society and culture that often go overlooked.
