Manjola Matranxhi was selected to represent her Cambridge College, Peterhouse, on its annual telephone campaign, which took place this January. The telephone campaign was established to raise funds for different aspects of College life and Dunstan’s role was primarily focused on establishing a rapport with the alumni, enhancing their sense of affinity to the institution and gaining their financial support for set projects. Manjola acted as a great ambassador for Peterhouse through the 10-day campaign. The College was very impressed with her performance and attitude. She was extremely reliable and very enthusiastic about what was a very rewarding, though often challenging job. Manjola demonstrated excellent communication skills and was able to strike up good rapport with potential donors from a variety of different age groups and cultural background. She was also able to articulate a strong case for support and to persuade people that the projects were worthy of their donation.
