About 우혁
I am an undergraduate student currently attending Carleton College majoring in computer science and minoring in data science. I have a strong STEM background and I think this is actually a strength of mine even in law school.
Frankly, I have not had the best LSAT score when I took my cold test. I actually gave up half way because I took couple of hours just going through a single reading comprehension or logical reasoning section. But with enough time, I went through enough trial and error that allowed me to go from (literally) nothing to scoring 169 in actual LSAT test (September 2023). I am still unfinished with my LSAT journey as I know that I can score higher, but I also know that I can teach a couple of things I have learned throughout my journey so far.
Of course, everyone would like to be that person who studies LSAT for a month of two and score 170+, and if you are those people are already close to your goal congratulations! But not everyone are that fortunate. I was not that lucky and I had to study from ground zero, which is exactly why I think I have a couple of things that I could teach to prospective LSAT takers - since I had to climb up the LSAT ladder from the deepest trenches. So, if you are like me where you want to earn a high LSAT score but the beginning of your LSAT journey seems discouraging, I could give you some help so that you won't have to go through as many trials and errors as I did.

I believe in fundamentals, foundations, and patience. I have studied LSAT during my time of service in the army where I had extremely limited time to study. I will teach the method and techniques I used to get the most out of my limited time. I plan to teach a very individual tailored lesson plan, but in the macro scale I will expect the student to have done some problems before class, so that in class we will be able to go over the problems.
I won't be able to give the same service that large franchise LSAT prep institutions offers, but what I can give is a strong foundation and custom tailored study schedule and advices. Students who have a limited study time and who are struggling to go beyond 160~165 score, I will be happy to help.
I personally do not have a strong background in humanities or law, but I was still able to score 169 (and maybe higher in near future!). If you have a strong literature background and you are already close to where you wanna be in getting your LSAT score, good for you! But if you are starting from scratch, I am sure I can help you as I have gone through a lot, having to start from ground zero.
