I offer physics and maths lessons up to A level. I believe key characteristics as a tutor are being patient, supportive and adaptive.
My lessons change based on my students, as each one learns best through different ways. Some need to think out loud and be listened to, others prefer gradual breakthroughs. Some give me questions in advance so we're ready to go as soon as the lesson starts, others enjoy spontaneous learning in discussions: all proving to be great and efficient methods.
I simply aim to make the lessons as enjoyable and engaging as possible, where I can show my interest in physics and maths, and most importantly bring out theirs.

Amazing tutor. Karl had a clear understanding of the subject and was able to go into detail in the different parts that were needed. He took his time and overall helped my grades improve.
From having missed half a year of the course, my sessions with Karl brought me up to a 9 in my GCSE exam. I found these sessions extremely helpful as Karl would make sure I was content with every new concept and insisted I asked questions whenever I was confused or needed extra clarification.
