I’m a Maths and Philosophy graduate from the University of York and a certified participant in the US Culture and Professional Development Program at George Mason University (USA). With a strong background in both analytical thinking and personal development, I bring a balanced approach to life coaching — combining structure and reflection with genuine empathy and motivation. I have experience helping people improve their confidence, habits, and overall wellbeing, as well as providing career guidance, CV support, and interview preparation. During my time at York, I worked with the Careers and Employability Department, where I supported students in identifying their strengths, setting goals, and planning career pathways. Through that work, and my continued contact with professionals across multiple industries, I’ve developed a clear understanding of what employers and organisations are truly looking for.
