About Liz
I love languages and learning. I grew up in Bavaria and found my home in Melbourne. Language means freedom, expression, independence, conversation, self-reliance and connection for me. Language shapes how we perceive the world and how we think and act in it. I was always fascinated by these complex structures of living languages. Therefore, I love helping students expand and refine their language knowledge in German. I have an extensive background in coaching and EFT, so I incorporate that into my language classes so learning feels less like studying and more like having fun.

Perfect! Liz is absolutely brilliant. She has a keen knowledge of not just the German language itself, but also the science of language acquisition. Her friendly demeanour, encouraging attitude, and wealth of experience underpin her approach to tutoring. Ultimately, I have been able to optimise my learning and make the most of each session and my own revision/study time. We worked together to formalise personalised goals - and we actively work toward them. This has made a rather daunting task (learning a whole new language) very fun, positive and fruitful. Perfect! Liz tutored my daughter during my daughters VCE year and was a terrific teacher and support. Liz taught in a professional manner that greatly assisted my daughter learn and understand the language ,in particular with german grammer which she had previously found quite difficult.
