I pride myself on being an extremely friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, hard-working and dedicated individual. I am a quick learner who is always looking for an opportunity to develop my skill base. I am confident when talking to and working with new people and able to work well in a team as well as an individual. The two teaching methods I use are the lecture and communication techniques. The lecture method, I would tell, explain, describe or relate whatever information the tutee requires to learn through listening and understanding. It is therefore teacher-centred. The communication method is discussion based, allowing the tutee to have more input in what they want to learn; voicing their ideas more throughout the lesson.

Ellie was the teaching assistant in my daughters dance classes and also in her swimming lessons. Ellie was patient, motivational, enthusiastic and respected. Ellie always wanted to get the best out of the pupils. A great role model.
