Hello, beautiful souls! I'm excited to share a bit about myself with you. My journey into holistic and alternative healing methods began with a desire to explore my inner world and find peace after struggling with anxiety & depression. Through my experiences, I discovered the power of breathwork, which ignited a passion within me to help others tap into their own healing potential. After teaching yoga for three years, I delved deeper into the world of breathwork, where I uncovered the profound impact our breath can have on our well-being. This led me to become a transformational breathwork practitioner under the guidance of my mentor in Cape Town. My approach to healing is gentle, nurturing, and empowering.
