I work with students, working professionals, postpartum moms and senior citizens to help them move better, look fitter and feel confident. My classes are a blend of Functional Training, Strength Workout, Zumba and Dance Fitness, customized based on your fitness level, pain condition and body goals. I make sure the sessions are fun, energetic and safe, even if you have knee, back or shoulder pain.
