Hi! My name is Renupriya from chennai, Tamilnadu,India. I have completed Msc., yoga. I’m a yoga practitioner for 18+ years trained in Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, vinayasa yoga, Bikram yoga,”PCOD management”, FERTILITY for both male and female, prenatal and post natal, yoga for DIABETICS, yoga for THYROID, yoga for toning up and WEIGHT LOSS management, yoga for IBS, pranayamas, kriya yoga, weight loss management through yoga, animal flows, “FACIAL YOGA ”, ADVANCE pro level yoga asanas and I also teach circuit, strength, animal flows and cardio exercises. “Special weight loss program” for 3months is also undertaken which includes mixed workout. Learning yoga as a beginner student like you should learn the purpose of learning yoga in depth and feel that peace and lightness of yoga. If any big companies or colleges want to hire a partime or workshop yoga instructor through online or offline for yoga sessions can contact me. I’ve been teaching yoga classes online from 5 year old kids to 70+ age adults. So why you have to choose me as a yoga instructor?
