About Louisa
I grew up an overachiever in an ADHD household. I have a large (and amazing!) family, many of whom have ADHD. Growing up, that meant that my family was full of creative people who always had 100 projects on the go, were never on time and would frequently be awake and working on an urgent deadline (whilst also trying to load the washing machine) at 11pm. As a teenager, I trained seriously as a ballet dancer, whilst also attending a competitive academic school, working on the weekends and campaigning for my local political party (at age 13). These experiences shaped my philosophy that you can do (almost) everything, as long as you can make your schedule work for you. As an adult, I have worked a 9 hour high stress job, whilst also running my own business, attending regular dance classes, writing a novel, and spending time with my family. It's all possible. It just takes time, organisation and consistency. Growing up in an ADHD household I also saw the flip-side of hyper-productivity. I saw (and experienced for myself) how over-committing, not respecting your own body's limits and not having a schedule that works for you can lead to burnout and less productivity. Now, I coach female entrepreneurs to manage their schedules by working with them to create a schedule that works for them I have created my own approach to time management that helps you to maximise your energy, organise your time and decrease stress. My approach does several things: > I identify core priorities and commitments > I help you to eliminate non-essential tasks > I work with your body clock, not against it > I help you to figure out when in the day you are most productive, and how to maximise that productivity > I help you to schedule in 'breathing time'. Time to reset your body and mind and ensure you stay in your top game professionally
