About Dillon
In Year 9 and the start of Year 10 I struggled to learn and revise effectively in school however, following tuition, I was able to revise using methods that best suited me and to come out of secondary school with 2x grade 9's (including in Maths), 5x grade 8's (including in Physics) and 3x grade 7's, with nothing below a grade 8 in the core subjects. Currently, I am studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Manchester, having achieved an A* in Maths, an A in Physics and an A* in Economics at A-Level whilst also completing a physics themed Extended Project Qualification. I have large experience in tutoring having taken part in an Academic Mentoring scheme in my school to tutor students in Years 10 and 11, teaching Maths and Physics, and having a large range of students throughout my first 2 full years at University.

In my lessons, I will aim to enhance student's knowledge of subject areas that they would like me to teach them via a range of resources including a lot of practice questions. I am always happy to focus on or alter my lessons to improve students' understanding and exam technique, in my opinion, anyone starting at any skill level can pass their GCSEs or A-Levels with the correct tuition tailored to the students' best way of learning.
