there is a leaf. it has a mountain in it, and a year, and weather I will never know the name of. gong fu cha is just the technology for asking that leaf to tell you its name in soft whispers that you can bear it: a few seconds of water, poured off, poured again, six times, eight times, twelve times.
I am not going to describe what happens in the room. I've decided that. some things lose their charge the moment they become an itinerary, and I'm not interested in selling you an itinerary.
