Hi, it's so nice to meet you! My name is Marcella, and I grew up in Brazil before moving to the USA. I've studied English my whole life, but I understand what it feels like to be in a different country than the one you grew up in and having to navigate life in a foreign language - it can be scary. That's why I got my certificate to teach English, and why my classes are not about me - they're all about YOU. I studied many techniques for years to be able to personalize completely my lesson plans to YOUR NEEDS. So you are all that matters - your wants and needs, and your reasons for learning English. It doesn't matter what your goal is, I will help you get there! Talking more about the specifics, my classes are for all ages and levels. For levels A1 (beginner) to B2 (upper-intermediate), the lesson plan is more grammar focused to give you a better understanding of the language and how it works, but it still includes a lot of communication and room for personalization based on what you need. For more advanced students (C1-2), the focus is mostly on conversation on the topics that are important for your goals, to improve your vocabulary and give you the necessary confidence to get everything you want!
