To update all active maintenance line items, to end the existing maintenance line item as of 31st Dec 2017 and add a new line item to the sales order starting 01st Jan 2018 to facilitate the transition into IFRS15.
Pre-MT Split correction activity: Update sales orders to remove errors that would prevent Maintenance Split Program processing successfully.
Post-MT Split correction activities: Perform corrections within sales orders for line items splitwith incorrect information (e.g. rounding differences, Price corrections, Incorrect Dates, BillingBlocks to be updated, fix billing dates, etc.)
Perform Manual activities (e.g. adding BillingBlocks on non-split items). In addition, Partner Edge Fee (CRM) orders were updated for 2018 to support smooth transition to IFRS15.

Prioritize the currency request based on its urgency and then settlement date
Identifying the process improvement plans and implement in the process which will help to reduce the manpower and increase the accuracy
Reviews and Audits, Investigation, analyzing and processing of Broadcasts sent by Financial Institutions and updating same in DTP
Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions on Errors
Adherence to the core procedures, checklists and client specific procedures on a calendar basis
Ensure all projects and business related documentation up-to-date including database & group systems along with reviewing and maintain all roles and deadlines for assigned relationships based on SLA
Reporting & Documentation:
Preparing EOD reports, Daily alert reports generations weekly and monthly reports
