I have been teaching and practising breakdance for many years and for the past two years entered the world of calisthenics, transferring my strength from dance to the calisthenics field. I love to teach and help people achieve their goals, always pushing my students to the best of their abilities.

About the class

I will teach you entry level calisthenics to build strength, body tone and good technique to achieve more advanced skills. This is for beginners and people who wish to increase strength and endurance in their calisthenics from pull-ups to muscle-ups. I’m here for you.
