Perfect! Brad is an easy going guy, I figure this out from his photo which enticed me to first contact him. This turns out to be the case... his tutoring style is very conversational and he is very happy to stray into other areas of discussion if my question take off on another angle. He will take all the time necessary to stay on a single command or idea, and he is willing to say he is still learning on newly released functions and do research before the next session. Also, he is prepared for each session giving me a spreadsheet beforehand, and also takes his tutoring very seriously - not in his approach, but in making sure the student is constantly learning - and this combination works really well for me. Well done Brad!
