I will introduce you to Aerial hoop online. We will strengthen your muscles, empower your body and increase your ability to control all your body movements. Classes will include a mandatory warm-up, various elements with the Aerial hoop and a stretch at the end of the class. I have won several Exotic Pole Dance competitions in Russia.
