My Approach as a Teacher & Coach Teaching Techniques & Methods I believe in “learn it, break it down, then build it up.” I teach through demonstrations, simple explanations, progressions, regressions and individual corrections. My goal is to make even a difficult movement feel achievable, without making you feel like you need to be a superhero on Day 1. I will teach you 7 calisthenics skills in 90 days.
Class Structure A typical class includes: Warm-up & mobility Skill learning & technique Strength & conditioning Individual corrections & progressions Cool-down & recovery Every session is adapted to the student's ability and goal. What Makes Me Different I don't just show students what I can do, I focus on teaching them what they can do next.
I prioritize proper technique, safety, consistency and measurable progress while keeping the training energetic and enjoyable with weekly goals. My Classes Are for school students, college students, working professionals and adults, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. My Goal: Make people stronger, more capable and more confident in their own body, one movement at a time.
