Having worked in India for 20 years in multinational companies namely, Philips India, ITW Signode and lastly as General manager in BOC Gases, I migrated to Canada in 2001.

Having lead operations and teams as large as 2500 to 3000 people, I have a clear understanding of human behavior and believe a strong , and motivated workforce, fully trained on fundamental principles of leadership and team work, is the single greatest asset for any organization

My 15 years stint in Canada, working for four major corporations at senior levels, gave me a great opportunity to understand western management techniques and relate this to my management experience in Indian companies.

It was clear to me that many owners of small and medium sized companies in India are in need for management training, in order to modernize and grow their companies

I am also a Hon. visiting Professor at Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) and a visiting faculty at NMIMS a leading Management training institute in India
