I have worked in Retail Industry for 6 yrs but one thing that gives me peace is teaching someone or sharing my knowledge to them. That makes me fulfilled. Because evolution of a human kind can happen only if knowledge is shared as much as possible.

2) one topic- 40 mins- doubt clearance
3) Post-test or revision of the class

In an hour of class, I prefer discussing on things that my student is not clear about rather than teaching the same what they learnt already at school.
