About Sedra
I am a current international chemical engineering undergraduate studying at Queen Mary
I have previously tutored over 50 students at tuition centres and thoroughly enjoy working with young people to help them achieve their aspirations.
I love teaching arabic as it is my native language and also the language of Quran.
I also have a huge passion for teaching mathematics. It is a subject I feel entirely confident in, and this reflected in my ability to teach in a simple, yet highly effective manner to cater for students of all standards and abilities.

For maths, I like to structure my lessons by first focusing on subject content so that students really understand the core principles, and then place a huge emphasis on exam questions so that students are familiar with key exam vocabulary, in order to pick up as many marks as possible in exam situations.
I begin my Arabic lessons by introducing the alphabet to beginners making students write and recite the letters whilst also introducing commonly used vocabulary. After the students are familiar with the alphabet, I’ll start teaching sentence structure and read stories for them.
