I currently work as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer for a French bank, where I handle a wide range of real-world technical issues in a highly secure and structured environment. Brilliant teacher
You get to see and actually do LIVE tickets from his queue I think that’s the biggest benefit it’s not it’s theory, he goes through the whole thing and shows you exactly how he resolves tickets and how he does it
