About Yoldas
At the age of 20 I understood that something had to change in my life. I was overweight, was somewhere in my school career where I did not see myself and was dissatisfied with myself and my life. I had one goal - to feel good in my skin again! So I started fitness. After several attempts with setbacks, I started to work more intensely on sports and nutrition. After a short time it became my hobby - and shortly afterwards I started an apprenticeship as a “fitness instructor / personal training”. In the meantime I reached my goal, I finally felt comfortable. I then completed further training in "Orthopedic Rehabilitation / Medical Personal Training". I have made my hobby my profession. And I've been successful as a personal trainer for 4 years and was able to gain a great deal of experience. It has become my passion to help people reach their full potential and achieve their dreams and goals. Hey, I'm Yoldas and was born in the Netherlands - as a sports therapist, fitness & personal trainer, I like to accompany my clients every day without spatial distance getting in the way. And help everyone individually on their way to their top shape. We make a non-binding web appointment by finding out your athletic performance as well as any impairments. My coaching is aimed at both beginners and advanced learners. Your goal is my motivation. And if you then decide to work with me, I will create a plan that is tailored to you. There is no method that suits everyone. For this reason, I combine scientifically-based movement methods, current fitness trends and modern nutritional science. Ultimately, you will receive a training plan, regeneration plan and / or nutrition plan specially designed for you, depending on your body type and your life situation. And the implementation is simple. I will show you how you can work out from any location in an uncomplicated manner - without intensive preparation and purchase of expensive fitness equipment.

Details
With online coaching, we do a web session 4 * a month, weekly, and I am available for you every day via WhatsApp. That is included in the price. For this reason, the payment runs for the whole month, i.e. € 180 per month. From +20 KM the travel costs are € 0.50 per KM.
