About Ellen
I am a 20-year-old student and aspiring teacher - throughout school I had incredible teachers that pushed me on to achieve A*AAA at A-level and go on to my dream university. I have taken on many jobs at Uni, and have found all don’t compare to teaching a child to achieve their dreams, and as such I’m starting on the path to become a teacher after my mathematics and physics degree. I have loved working with children in every walk of life - I used to teach young children to swim whilst I was a competitive swimmer myself and have aided younger children in both sports and academics within school. I have worked with GCSE students previously whilst studying my A-levels at RGS, Newcastle, that consistently achieves around 85% of grades at A-level as A*s (and around 95% as As). My teaching method is incredibly similar to how I was taught - I encourage individuality and can aid any project from textiles and fashion to traditional realism. Any project can be directed towards top grades with the right balance of research and response to artworks in coursework books. I would need no more than an hour per week to check over any coursework and provide suggestions for adjustments.

With my lessons price includes takeaway materials like notes, lists of references to be added to coursework and I aim to provide around 2-4 hours worth of adjustments for coursework books per week!
